We combine smart technology with real human support to match our customers with the best deals – quickly and effortlessly. About the Role

We’re looking for a Supplier & Operations Manager to join our Connectivity commercial team and play a key role in making sure our supplier relationships, operational performance and propositions deliver for both our customers and our business.

You’ll sit at the heart of our Connectivity proposition, working closely with suppliers and teams across Commercial, Sales, Finance, Product, Tech, Marketing and Business Excellence. You’ll take ownership of supplier performance, pricing and operational processes, while spotting opportunities to improve how we work, strengthen our proposition and drive revenue and gross profit.

This is a role for someone who enjoys getting stuck into the detail, building strong relationships and turning insight into action. You’ll need to be commercially minded, highly organised and confident influencing both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage operational performance across our supplier panel, ensuring suppliers meet agreed operational charters and SLAs.
  • Develop and improve supplier processes, identifying opportunities to make things more efficient and working with stakeholders to turn improvements into reality.
  • Work closely with our Live Rate team to monitor supplier performance, resolve operational issues and escalate where needed.
  • Act as a key Bionic contact within weekly supplier meetings, while planning and coordinating monthly and quarterly operational and strategic reviews.
  • Build strong supplier relationships and represent Bionic at relevant external events.
  • Support our Commercial leads with new and existing supplier contract reviews.
  • Identify opportunities to bring new suppliers onto our panel and expand our product offering with existing partners.
  • Own and manage our Connectivity pricing portfolio across broadband, VoIP, mobile and other products, keeping pricing accurate and up to date.
  • Work with the Senior Commercial Manager to identify pricing and proposition changes that can improve commercial performance.
  • Support the training and up-skilling of our Sales and Live Rate teams on new products, propositions and market developments.

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone who combines strong commercial thinking with excellent operational and relationship management skills.

You’ll bring:

  • Experience working in the Connectivity industry, with knowledge across areas such as broadband, WiFi, VoIP, mobile and leased lines.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to build relationships and influence senior internal and external stakeholders.
  • The ability to manage challenging situations constructively and find practical solutions.
  • A commercial mindset, with a natural eye for opportunities to drive revenue and profit.
  • A strong sense of ownership and a track record of turning plans into action in fast-paced environments.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint and Co-Pilot.

It would be great if you also have experience working for a Connectivity supplier or third-party intermediary within the Telecoms industry, but this isn't essential.
