Wayfair is looking for an energetic and enthusiastic SDR to join our dynamic Supplier Acquisition team. You’ll play a vital role in growing our European supplier base - pitching to potential partners, supporting onboarding, and driving business success from day one. This role offers a unique blend of sales, collaboration, and strategic thinking, making it ideal for an early-career professional eager to make a difference in eCommerce.

What You’ll Do
  • Join a driven team focused on acquisition and onboarding, helping hit ambitious company growth targets

  • Pitch Wayfair to prospective suppliers across Europe, articulating our value proposition with clarity and confidence

  • Attend industry trade shows and participate in supplier meetings to identify new commercial opportunities 🛒

  • Work towards and exceed monthly KPIs, including supplier activation and product onboarding metrics

What You’ll Need
  • Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus

  • Early career experience in sales, business development, or eCommerce

  • Entrepreneurial, hands-on mindset with a passion for driving results

  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, tech-driven, and data-rich environment

  • Highly organised and self-motivated with strong attention to detail

  • Excellent relationship-building skills, both internally and externally

  • A strong desire to exceed expectations and deliver tangible results 💼
