Your role @CHANEL:

The Style Expert is responsible for delivering an exceptional, personalised luxury styling experience while elevating the boutique team’s styling expertise and culture. This role requires expert product knowledge, strong fashion sensibility, and an elevated approach to client engagement with team coaching, training, and style leadership. Acting as a mentor to Fashion Advisors, the Style Expert curates tailored, memorable experiences through elevated styling, contributes to boutique performance, fosters a culture of styling expertise, and supports the boutique’s style community.

  • Deliver exceptional, one-to-one styling experiences that reflect each client’s lifestyle, personality, and individual expression of CHANEL style
  • Elevate the boutique’s styling culture by acting as a role model, mentor, and coach to Fashion Advisors
  • Strengthen client relationships across all segments, from prospects to VICs, through emotional, intimate, and discovery-led journeys
  • Drive boutique performance through curated selling, wardrobe building, and cross-category styling
  • Contribute to the development of Style Expertise within the boutique by sharing best practices and supporting the Style Expertise roadmap
  • Enhance client satisfaction and loyalty by translating feedback into actionable insights for boutique leadership

What you will bring to the role:

  • Proven experience as a stylist, Fashion Advisor, or boutique coach/trainer within luxury fashion
  • Strong style authority with an advanced understanding of silhouette, proportion, and styling methodology
  • Ability to curate complete and interchangeable wardrobes with strong cross-selling and upselling capability
  • Deep knowledge of luxury markets, trends, craftsmanship, and client behaviours
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to coach, motivate, and train teams
  • High standards of presentation, grooming, and professionalism
  • Strong operational excellence and attention to detail
  • Experience with VIC clients, personal shopping, or image consulting (desirable)
  • Multilingual communication skills or formal styling/fashion certifications (desirable)
