Radio Products China is end-to-end responsible for product development from F0 until maintenance of radio products developed in China. We are approximately 1,000 engineers and developers collaborating mainly between Beijing and Chengdu sites to drive Massive MIMO, Classic and Indoor radio technology leadership and product competitiveness in Hardware, Software and Enclosure areas through early concept study, product systemization, solution design, integration and verification, product introduction and maintenance. What you will do:
The Mechanical Engineer contributes to the development of radio products through advanced engineering mechanical design and simulations. The position supports mechanical design, and simulation-driven product development. Depending on experience level, responsibilities may include developing Radio mechanical, simulation methodologies, and exploring AI and data-driven approaches to enhance mechanical design and simulations.
• 3D modeling
• Simulation

• Reliability Simulation & Lifecycle Analysis, solder joint fatigue
• Aerodynamic & Vibro-Acoustic Simulation, wind load, wind noise
• Material property selection • Prototype tuning and elaboration
• Test and verification

The skills you bring:
• Education in Mechanics, Mechanical, Simulation, and/or Material area
• Be proactive & accountable
• Self-driven and courageous
• Good at listening and speak-up
• Knowledge in Radio / Baseband / 3C product development
• Knowledge and skill in Mechanical, Simulation, and/or Material preferred
• Knowledge in manufacture/mechanical verification/material selection&testing preferred
