Overview

We're looking for a Strategy & Transformation Manager to strengthen Scandit's execution capabilities across enterprise-wide initiatives. In this role, you'll work closely with senior leadership to translate strategic priorities into operational reality by bringing clarity, structure, and momentum to complex, cross-functional efforts.

You'll operate at the intersection of planning and execution, evaluate growth opportunities, and manage critical company-wide initiatives. This is a high-visibility role for someone who thrives on turning ambiguity into action and working across various functions in the organization.

Reporting to the VP Strategy & Chief of Staff, you'll balance genuine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, owning projects that directly impact Scandit's trajectory.

What You Will Do

  • Take ownership of company-critical initiatives that require dedicated focus, cross-functional coordination, and structured execution (e.g. M&A integration, organisational change)
  • Serve as the "get it done" leader for select strategic programs, ensuring project management rigor and stakeholder alignment
  • Evaluate market opportunities to inform our growth strategy decision as part of our business development efforts to enter new markets
  • Coordinate cross-functional evaluation processes for strategic opportunities (incl. partnerships and acquisitions), ensuring thorough analysis and stakeholder alignment with Product, Engineering, Finance, GTM, etc.
  • Synthesize insights and facilitate strategic conversations as part of the Scandit Strategy Process to move from discussion to decisions
  • Develop frameworks and playbooks that can be applied to future business expansion initiatives

Furthermore, when capacity permits, you will support the Chief of Staff function with:

  • Assess and evolve our leadership operating rhythm, creating efficient processes that drive alignment without creating organizational overhead
  • Build and maintain our organizational playbook: documenting key processes, clarifying ownership, and ensuring consistency across teams
  • Identify opportunities to streamline or sunset legacy programs while preserving what works

Who You Are

  • 2–6 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or chief of staff roles
  • Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional projects from conception to completion
  • Strong analytical capabilities, paired with excellent judgement, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear recommendations
  • Experience facilitating senior-level discussions and building stakeholder consensus
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Experience with M&A due diligence and post-merger integration
  • Process design mindset: you see patterns, build frameworks, and create reusable solutions
  • Comfort operating at both strategic and tactical levels - you can think big and execute small
  • Self-starter mentality with high ownership and low ego
  • Ability to build credibility quickly with senior leaders and cross-functional teams
  • Candidates with a background in fast-growth technology companies or scale-ups would be advantageous
