About the Position
We have a truly unique opportunity for an experienced, determined and commercially minded individual to make a difference at Kraft Heinz.
The Strategy & RGM Manager will be a key contributor to delivering the 3-year strategy of the Northern Europe (NE) Business Unit of Kraft Heinz.
You will work on the 3-year RGM strategy across all Kraft Heinz categories and strategic projects that have been selected by the NE President and CFO. This role will expose you to a wide variety of functions and departments and provide you with a strong understanding of the total business.
In brief, you will:

  • Support commercial teams on creation and subsequent implementation of the 3-year and 10-year RGM strategy.
  • Bring in best-in-class RGM practices with new ideas and inspirations via internal and external inspiration.
  • Own and implement the selected strategic projects approved by NE president and CFO, including leading cross-functional project team.
  • Present the final output of strategic projects to leadership team and wider business and drive adoption and integration of new methodologies and decisions derived from them.
  • Update and ownership of a select numbers of key routines & trackers (e.g. Category and Customer Momentum for Annual Operating Plan).
  • Opportunity to manage an intern or trainee for during their internship or trainee projects.

  • Strong cross-collaboration skills between different functions and departments (finance, marketing, sales and operations).
  • Proactivity in driving projects forward and bringing stakeholders with you on the journey.
  • Data driven approach to problems and an ability to tell a persuasive story through data analysis and illustration.
  • Ability to simply complex sets of information and data into simple and clear actionable recommendations for the business.
  • Drive adoption of your recommendation into action
