Role Overview

As a Strategy Operations Manager on our Founders Team, you will be at the center of Verto's most critical initiatives. This high-impact role requires you to tackle mission-critical challenges, blending structured strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to delivery. You will work directly with leadership to advance our long-term vision, drive high-impact cross-functional programs, and accelerate our growth. We are seeking a highly analytical and adaptable Strategy Operations Manager to join our Founders Team.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Supporting bi-annual planning cycles and goal-setting processes across all functions.

  • Creating internal performance reports and insight packs for leadership.

  • Partnering across the business to drive cross-functional projects and solve a variety of business problems.

  • Working alongside senior leaders to evaluate new opportunities and track execution against key priorities.

  • Contributing to fundraising materials and investor updates.

  • Owning special projects and taking on urgent cross-functional needs as they arise.

What You Need
  • 4+ years in a strategy, operations, or a similar high-performance role.

  • A strong mix of strategic thinking and executional rigor.

  • Highly analytical with a structured, data-informed approach to problem-solving.

  • Proven experience running complex, multi-stakeholder projects or workstreams.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

  • The ability to operate independently in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.

  • A collaborative mindset and a strong bias for action.

Best If You Have
  • Experience in management consulting, fintech, or a high-growth startup.

  • Direct experience working in or with emerging markets.
