Hello! We're Teya.

Teya is a payment and software service provider, headquartered in London serving small, local businesses across Europe. Founded in 2019, we build easy to use, integrated tools that enable our members to accept payments and boost business performance.

At Teya we believe small, local businesses are the lifeblood of our communities.

We’re here because we don’t believe there’s a level playing field that gives small businesses with a fighting chance against the giants of the high street.

We’re here because we see banks and legacy service providers making things harder for them. We don’t think the best technology or the best service should be reserved for those with the biggest headquarters.

We’re here to fight for a future where small, local businesses can thrive, and to commit the same dedication they offer all of us.

Become a part of our story.

We’re looking for exceptional talent to join our mission. We offer a chance to create impact in a high-energy and connected culture, while benefiting from continuous learning opportunities, a supportive community which is proud to serve our mission, and comprehensive benefits.

About the Role
We are looking for a highly analytical and execution-driven professional to join our Southern Region leadership team as Commercial Strategy and RevOps Manager. This role is a strategic blend of Commercial Excellence and Operations Planning, designed to act as the right hand of the General Manager for Southern Europe (which covers Portugal, Italy, and Spain)
The position is responsible for leading the regional planning routines, ensuring performance visibility, and coordinating key projects that drive commercial and operational transformation across all channels. This person will play a central role in cascading goals, managing forecasts, and ensuring that every country in the region operates under aligned assumptions and targets.
Beyond planning, this role will also act as the focal point for the execution of cross-functional projects, ensuring that all initiatives required for full operational maturity of our channels are implemented with quality and speed.
Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the regional planning and performance management routines, consolidating inputs and ensuring full alignment across countries and channels.

  • Support the General Manager in tracking results, preparing performance reports, and providing clear explanations of business drivers.

  • Manage the target-setting and re-forecasting process, ensuring goals are realistic, cascaded, and measurable.

  • Coordinate the execution of key transformation projects across Portugal, Italy, and Spain, ensuring milestones are met and benefits realized.

  • Partner with Sales, Operations, and Product teams to guarantee that all channels evolve towards full operational readiness.

  • Identify inefficiencies and propose data-driven solutions to improve productivity, sales performance, and forecasting accuracy.

  • Act as a bridge between central teams and country operations to ensure strategy-to-execution alignment.

What We’re Looking For
Experience & Background

  • Solid experience in Operations Planning, Commercial Excellence, or Business Operations roles.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders across countries and functions.

  • Experience leading planning cycles, performance routines, or strategic project implementation.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Excel and/or data visualization tools.

  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities; comfortable interacting with senior leadership.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities effectively.

  • Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and business acumen.

  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Portuguese, Spanish, or Italian is a plus.

What We Offer

  • A high-impact role directly supporting regional leadership in shaping Teya’s Southern Europe operations.

  • The opportunity to drive both strategic planning and hands-on project execution across three countries.

  • A collaborative, dynamic environment with continuous learning and career development opportunities.

  • Competitive compensation and benefits package.

Teya is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.

We are committed to creating an inclusive environment where everyone regardless of race, ethnicity, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, disability, religion, or background can thrive and do their best work. We believe that a diverse team leads to better ideas, stronger outcomes, and a more supportive workplace for all.

If you require any reasonable adjustments at any stage of the recruitment process whether for interviews, assessments, or other parts of the application—we encourage you to let us know. We are committed to ensuring that every candidate has a fair and accessible experience with us.
