The Strategy Manager role supports World Courier, providing global logistics and storage services. In this position, you will help shape and refresh our multi-year strategy, strengthen our market and competitive intelligence, and drive analytical support for high-priority strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy Development

• Lead the annual refresh of the company's 5-year strategy
• Own market sizing, growth projections, and market share analysis
• Develop executive-level materials and facilitate strategy workshops
• Synthesize outputs into high-impact strategy presentations
• Partner with Finance to translate strategy into Long-Range Plan inputs

2. Market Intelligence & Performance Tracking

• Maintain the company's view of market size, growth, and share
• Build robust analyses using multiple data sources
• Track performance vs. market growth
• Identify growth opportunities and gaps
• Document assumptions and methodologies clearly

3. Competitive Intelligence

• Lead competitive intelligence efforts
• Produce monthly updates and quarterly deep dives
• Assess competitor strategies and positioning
• Translate insights into strategic implications

4. Strategic Projects & Ad Hoc Analysis

• Support high-priority strategic initiatives
• Conduct M&A screening and market assessments
• Analyze regulatory and macroeconomic impacts
• Provide structured recommendations

5. Governance & Values

• Promote and uphold Cencora policies, procedures, mission, vision, and core values in all aspects of the role.
• Operate with high integrity, accountability, and a strong enterprise mindset.

Experience:

• 5-8+ years in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or similar
• Experience in complex, data-sparse environments preferred
• Exposure to logistics, healthcare, or life sciences is a plus
