Drive profitable business for Ericsson through proactive supplier business development based on Customer, Stakeholder and business needs. Accountable for identifying, qualifying and onboarding new suppliers, running RFQs, negotiating prices and supplier agreements for all external services purchase for Communication Service Providers in the Networks and Managed Services domain with primary focus of UK and Ireland markets, as well as beyond, in North Europe. Accountable for managing supplier relationships, actively driving business contribution, performance and managing risks as responsible for the commercial supplier agreements.
You would join a virtual team of sourcing professionals in North Europe in Ericsson.

  • Influence partner ecosystems and supplier segmentation strategy.
  • Embed digitalization and AI within sourcing processes.
  • Coach other sourcing professionals and share best practices.

  • Expert credentials in procurement transformation, sustainability, or AI/data intelligence.

Valuable Experience & skills
  • 5+ years in sourcing roles, preferably telecommunications domain.
  • UK & Ireland negotiation and ecosystem sourcing experience.
  • Success in shaping long-term sourcing strategies.
  • Expert credentials in procurement transformation, sustainability, or AI/data intelligence.
  • High-level influence in contract structuring, innovation deals, and ESG frameworks.
  • Contributor to sourcing tool/process design.
