Working like a Creative Agency, we ensure that all our knowledge in the entertainment and experiences fields arrives at agencies and brands in each city, helping them conceptualise, produce, and manage multistrand digital and content campaigns.

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic individual to lead the brand partnerships operations for select Fever Original Events and improve the function’s operational effectiveness.
Your primary goal will be to maximise revenue and optimise profitability for these experiences. You will:

  • Design and manage the relationship with the IP owner and Production Partner, developing processes to enhance efficiency in brand partnerships.
  • Drive collaboration between internal BP and cross-functional teams on the P&L and brand partnerships sales strategy.
  • Communicate priorities and deadlines to the FO experience team, ensuring all tools and resources are up-to-date.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key IP partners, production agencies, and colleagues to support programs and activities.
  • Conduct regular, detailed reporting on brand partnership performance, using sales insights to recommend strategies for revenue growth and improved profitability.
  • Provide consultation on proposals, delivery materials, and post-campaign analysis.
  • Support the Senior Strategic Programme Manager in continuously updating our commercial workflows to capitalise on revenue opportunities.

Key skills and experience we’re looking for

  • 5+ years in a project management role or 2+ in consulting background. This is not a position for an events production background. 
  • You'll be solution-focused, identifying problem areas and then creating plans to find resolutions. 
  • You'll have strong communication skills and a proven track record of building positive working relationships, both internally and externally
  • Highly organised and efficient
  • Strategic and analytical thinker
  • Excellent eye for detail and accuracy
  • A good standard of numeracy and literacy
  • Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
  • Curious and keen to push boundaries and try new concepts
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is essential
