What you will accomplish:

  • Partner with the Head of Strategic Operations & Communications to refine team operating rhythms and improve ways of working across the Global Marketing organisation.
  • Lead the monthly Global Marketing Monthly (GMM) meeting and collaborate with the Planning Manager to support the eBay-wide Monthly Business Review (MBR) process and information flow.
  • Contribute to the annual planning cycle by improving planning approaches and ensuring clear communication of organisational priorities.
  • Identify and implement AI-enabled tools and smarter workflows to improve operational efficiency and enhance the employee experience.
  • Develop and deliver clear, consistent internal communications that help employees understand business priorities and support leaders through organisational change.
  • Partner on culture, wellbeing, recognition, and belonging initiatives, including coordinating the Connection Initiative program and creating communication toolkits that strengthen employee engagement.

What you will bring:

  • Strong critical thinking and storytelling skills, with the ability to connect operational activities to broader organisational goals.
  • Experience improving operational processes by identifying inefficiencies and implementing effective, scalable ways of working.
  • A proactive approach to AI and emerging technologies, with experience applying AI-enabled tools or workflows to improve team effectiveness.
  • Experience designing and delivering scalable culture, recognition, or employee engagement programs.
  • Change management experience, with the ability to develop communications that build understanding and support adoption of new processes and tools.
  • Strong collaboration and influencing skills, with experience partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • This is a 14-month parental cover hybrid position based in London (UK), Berlin (Germany), or the US East Coast.
