Opportunity & Role Purpose

We are seeking a visionary Business Designer to join our global Business Transformation (BX) Team. In this role, you will drive international growth and organisational evolution for our clients, acting as an internal transformation advisor. You will blend structured management consulting principles with cutting-edge technology and human-centric product design. Working within a core BX Team, you will translate complex global market data into compelling, high-stakes narratives that secure stakeholder buy-in, modernise our operational models, and scale cross-border revenue streams and products.

*This role could be based in any of our major global centres and reports to the BX Practice President, International Markets.

Core Responsibilities

  • Senior Client Engagement: Build trusted-advisor relationships at the CMO, CSO, and CEO level. Run diagnostic sessions alongside account teams and move client relationships into enterprise strategy.

  • Codifying the BX body of work: Serve as the primary author and keeper of next-generation BX materials. Turn the practice’s thinking and live client work into frameworks, points of view, and signature assets that carry the BX brand and get reused across markets.

  • Product-Led Transformation Strategy: Partner with cross-functional product and engineering teams to drive the discovery, user journey mapping, and design of next-generation digital media products and ad formats.

  • Strategic Narrative Design: Translate complex transformation roadmaps, regional data sets, and technical insights into a clear internal narrative that aligns decentralized global teams behind a shared point of view.

  • Case studies and proof points: BX-grade case studies with named clients, and outcomes.

  • Signature IP: Develop and maintain the practice’s owned assets, including diagnostic frameworks and any published index.

Key Skills & Requirements

  • Consulting & BX Frameworks: Mastery of structured problem-solving models (e.g., MECE, Issue Trees, SWOT) and change management methodologies to navigate ambiguous corporate environments.

  • AI & Tech Literacy: Practical understanding of generative AI workflows, algorithmic audience targeting, predictive analytics, and emerging media channels.

  • Product Design Principles: Competency in design thinking, rapid prototyping concepts, and collaborating with UX/UI teams to enhance digital platform engagement.

  • Storytelling Prowess: Exceptional capability to craft persuasive presentations and data visualisations that influence C-suite stakeholders and drive transformation buy-in.

  • Commercial & Transformation Acumen: Deep expertise in advanced marketing attribution models, Media Mix Modelling (MMM), and measuring the financial impact of business transformation initiatives.

Desired Background

  • Education: University degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Media Studies.

  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in management consulting, business transformation, digital product strategy, or corporate strategy.
