At NiCE, we don’t limit our challenges. We challenge our limits. Always. We’re ambitious. We’re game changers. And we play to win. We set the highest standards and execute beyond them. And if you’re like us, we can offer you the ultimate career opportunity that will light a fire within you.

So, what's the role all about?

At NiCE, we are passionate about making the customer experience flow. As the global leader in AI-powered customer experience and workforce engagement solutions, we empower organisations to deliver seamless, digital-first interactions that drive real impact.

We are looking for a strategic, relationship-led professional to join us as Strategic Alliances Manager, UKI (Deloitte). This high-impact role owns NiCE's alliance with Deloitte across the UK and Ireland. You will turn a strategic relationship into a repeatable engine for joint pursuits, a certified CXone and Cognigy practice, and customer transformations that Deloitte and NiCE deliver together.

You will collaborate closely with alliance leaders and cross-functional teams across the US, APAC and the rest of EMEA to keep our GSI approach consistent and scalable, so that NiCE shows up to partners and customers as one team with one strategy that accelerates adoption, strengthens partner alignment and supports revenue growth.

How will you make an impact?

  • Lead and grow NiCE's strategic alliance with Deloitte in the UK and Ireland, aligning local execution with the global Deloitte relationship and NiCE's global GSI strategy
  • Build and sustain executive sponsorship at Deloitte across customer experience, technology and industry leadership, and run a joint business plan with clear targets and regular reviews
  • Shape and scale a NiCE practice inside the partner: joint solution offerings built on CXone and Cognigy, certified delivery capacity, and a clear place in the partner's go-to-market
  • Drive joint pursuit of named accounts, growing partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline through SI-led bids, RFPs and co-sell alongside NiCE direct sales
  • Work with NiCE sales, marketing, product, professional services and customer success to deliver aligned joint campaigns, enablement programmes and delivery quality
  • Make sure partner-led deployments land well, so customers see value quickly and references follow
  • Act as the voice of UKI in NiCE's global GSI programme, giving regional insight to alliance leaders in the US, APAC and the rest of EMEA and influencing strategy, programme design and investment
  • Serve as NiCE's internal expert on how Deloitte sells and delivers, supporting internal training and account team engagement
  • Report on performance metrics such as partner-sourced and influenced pipeline, bookings, certified resources and joint wins

Have you got what it takes?

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in strategic alliances, systems integrator partnerships or enterprise channel management (CX, contact centre, cloud or enterprise software experience strongly preferred)
  • Proven success building joint go-to-market programmes with large systems integrators, including influencing at executive level
  • Strong understanding of how GSIs make money: services attach, practice economics, utilisation and certified headcount
  • Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment across geographies and business units
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive and able to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
  • Experience working with globally distributed teams across the US, APAC and the rest of EMEA
  • Fluent English required; additional European languages are a bonus

What’s in it for you?

Join an ever-growing, market disrupting, global company where the teams - comprised of the best of the best - work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and creative environment! As the market leader, every day at NICE is a chance to learn and grow, and there are endless internal career opportunities across multiple roles, disciplines, domains, and locations.
