Love Work. Love Life. Be You. - is central to our success and how we give our customers the freedom to do more of what's important to them.
What does Access offer you?
We offer a blended approach to office working, encouraging you to collaborate and connect in one of our thriving offices. We deliver on what we say, taking the development of our people seriously. We’ll work with you to progress your success plan and provide opportunities to accelerate your career.
On top of a competitive salary, our standard 25 days holiday (which goes up the longer you’re with us), and a matched pension scheme, you’ll also be able to choose from a range of benefits to suit you. We’re an organisation that likes to give back, so you’ll also have one charity day allocated to support a cause that matters to you.
About you:
Are you passionate about building strong client relationships and driving business growth? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where innovation is encouraged? We’re looking for someone with proven success in the legal sector and a strong understanding of the industry’s unique challenges and opportunities. You’ll be skilled at nurturing long-term client partnerships, understanding their needs, and delivering solutions that go beyond expectations. Your ability to communicate clearly, influence effectively, and build genuine rapport with legal professionals will set you apart.
Day-to-day, you will:
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by managing the full sales cycle, developing strong customer relationships, and creating cross‑sell and up‑sell opportunities.
Respond quickly to enquiries, collaborate with internal teams to support clients, and lead customer meetings at all levels, including C‑suite.
Overcome objections, negotiate terms, and work closely with marketing and product teams to develop targeted campaigns and monitor performance metrics.
Stay informed on industry trends and market dynamics to identify new opportunities and ensure a smooth handover to the projects team after closing deals.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
Proven B2B sales experience within the legal sector, with strong knowledge of software products, market trends, and prior UK Field Sales or Account Management/Director experience.
Highly self‑motivated with strong time‑management and prioritisation skills, capable of working independently and managing a demanding workload.
Strong communicator with a collaborative mindset, contributing effectively within a small team and across multiple communication channels.
Willing to travel for events, exhibitions, and meetings (including occasional overnight stays), with a valid UK driving licence required.
