We’re a FoodTech scale-up with over £25mill of funding, and we want to revolutionise food delivery through the creation and franchising of virtual food brands (brands designed for delivery), operated by anyone that runs a commercial kitchen - we think there’s about 70,000 of them in the UK. We offer kitchen operators everything they need to sell our brands through delivery apps whilst continuing to service their core customers.

We are looking for a Strategic Account Manager to join the team and be part of the exciting growth of the business.

Your Tasks:

  • Driving Commercial Relationships: you’re the face of our business and our ambassador to the world. Sell our proposition to interested enterprise parties and convert them into new Franchisees.
  • Develop Relationships: you’ll develop strong relationships with our key partners, new and existing, to ensure we have a good base for future business development.
  • Support our partners: you’re the first point of contact for our enterprise clients and you’ll be managing our major strategic accounts. You’ll provide our partners with support and guidance and link them in with the best people within the Peckwater team who can assist them with their needs.

  • Data Analysis and Reporting: you’re able to analyse large sets of data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement within your strategic account portfolio.
  • Communication and Negotiation: you can employ excellent communication and negotiation skills to ensure strategic focus with external stakeholders and effective collaboration with third-party providers.
  • Internal Stakeholder Management: you’re a great team player and are able to collaborate effectively with other team members to drive growth in your relationships

How we work

This is a hybrid role. We ask that everyone joins us in our London based offices three days a week but the rest of the time you’ll be able to work from home.

We allow our partners to decide their level of engagement: a software package that improves their own performance; a digital food license to produce one of our brands; or a full high-street dark kitchen fit-out if they decide that food delivery is the way to go.
