At AppsFlyer, we believe every challenge is an invitation to innovate. We're looking for a Strategic Account Manager, EMEA West to help us shape the future of measurement. In this role, you'll work with talented professionals across the globe, within a culture that values curiosity, collaboration, and personal development. If you're ready to bring your skills to a global stage, this is your chance to make an impact.

About the role:

You'll own a portfolio of enterprise EMEA West customers, driving renewals, cross-sell, and expansion across the full digital marketing, media, and data stack. As a trusted advisor, you'll build lasting executive relationships and co-lead business reviews with Customer Success.

What You'll Do

  • Sales Execution and Territory Growth: Own a portfolio of enterprise AppsFlyer customers, driving new, renewal, cross-sell, and expansion motions tied to clients' digital media measurement goals. Consistently achieve revenue targets while acting as the primary commercial contact and evangelizing AppsFlyer across your territory.
  • Strengthen and Expand Customer Relationships: Conduct in-depth needs assessments across each client's marketing, media, and data stack. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders from C-suite to end users, becoming a trusted advisor who connects performance to the customer's broader omnichannel and data strategy.
  • Executional Excellence: Own sales execution within your book of business, monitor KPIs, and proactively address issues to minimize churn and maximize retention. Maintain deep product and competitive expertise across mobile measurement, web analytics, retail media, and data collaboration platforms.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with customer success, solution architects, and partnerships to anticipate client needs and drive account growth. Co-lead executive business reviews with Customer Success and work closely with product, marketing, and support to ensure a coordinated client experience.

What You Have

  • Proven 3-5 years of enterprise sales/account management experience, ideally with a book of business spanning multiple growth motions (renewal, cross-sell, expansion).
  • Experience with measurement and/or analytics, or a broader background across the digital marketing and ad tech ecosystem.
  • Consultative, strategic selling style with a track record of expanding accounts through thought leadership and executive relationships, and the ability to speak credibly to omnichannel marketing, CRM, and BI stakeholders.

At AppsFlyer, we're committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace. Don't meet 100% of the qualifications? If you're excited about this role and believe you have the skills to succeed, we encourage you to apply.
