At Person Centred Software, we're transforming social care through technology.

Our solutions help thousands of care providers improve outcomes for residents, empower their teams and deliver safer, more efficient care. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Strategic Account Manager to partner with some of our largest and most important customers, helping them unlock even greater value from our technology.

This isn't a traditional account management role. You'll become a trusted advisor to executive leaders within some of the UK's leading care organisations, helping shape their digital transformation strategy while driving long-term customer success and commercial growth.

The Role

You'll manage a portfolio of around 25-30 strategic customer accounts, working closely with executive stakeholders to understand their organisational priorities and identify opportunities where Person Centred Software can make a measurable impact.

From improving care quality and operational efficiency to supporting CQC readiness and workforce optimisation, you'll help customers realise the full value of our technology ecosystem.

You'll combine strategic relationship management with commercial thinking, ensuring customers continue to grow with us while achieving meaningful outcomes for their organisation.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across strategic customer accounts.
  • Lead Executive Business Reviews focused on outcomes, ROI and future opportunities.
  • Develop strategic Customer Success Plans aligned to each customer's business objectives.
  • Use customer insights and product data to improve adoption and long-term success.
  • Identify opportunities to expand the use of our wider product portfolio.
  • Work with Sales to support commercial conversations and long-term growth plans.
  • Proactively identify customer risks and lead recovery plans where required.
  • Partner with Product, Implementation and Executive Sponsors to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Champion digital transformation across the care sector through best practice and strategic consultancy.
About You

You're an experienced Strategic Account Manager or Customer Success professional who enjoys building long-term partnerships rather than simply managing accounts.

You understand how to engage senior decision-makers, ask the right questions and translate customer challenges into meaningful business outcomes.

You'll bring a blend of commercial awareness, strategic thinking and relationship management, with the confidence to influence stakeholders at every level.

Ideally you'll have:

  • Experience managing strategic customer accounts within a SaaS environment.
  • A track record of driving customer retention, expansion and long-term growth.
  • Strong executive stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Experience leading strategic business reviews and value-based customer conversations.
  • Excellent commercial acumen with the ability to identify growth opportunities.
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence using customer data to tell a compelling story.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel nationally to support key customer engagements.
It would be great if you also have
  • Experience within social care, healthcare or digital transformation.
  • Experience managing multi-product customer portfolios.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce or Gainsight.
Why Join Person Centred Software?

This is an opportunity to work with some of the largest care providers in the UK, helping shape the future of digital care while becoming a trusted strategic partner to senior leaders.

You'll join a collaborative, ambitious business that invests in its people, values innovation and genuinely believes technology can improve lives.

In return, we offer:

  • Competitive salary plus annual bonus.
  • Hybrid working.
  • National travel with meaningful face-to-face customer engagement.
  • Excellent career development opportunities within a rapidly growing technology business.
  • The opportunity to influence customer strategy and make a real impact across the social care sector.
Ready to make an impact?

If you're passionate about building executive relationships, driving meaningful customer outcomes and helping organisations embrace digital transformation, we'd love to hear from you.

Apply today and help shape the future of care technology with Person Centred Software.
