Your role is to secure existing and develop new business with large customers, who are leaders in their industry and are driving digital transformation with our solutions. For this job you will have a skilled team from different PTC organizations behind you, which is expecting your guidance, motivation, empathy and leadership.

At the same time, we are also expecting a hunting mentality. This means expanding your relationship into other departments of existing accounts and building new and strategic partnership with key stakeholders of new prospects.

PTC is an acknowledged leader for CAD, Product Lifecycle Management, Application Lifecycle Management, Service Lifecycle Management, Augmented Reality and Industrial Internet of Thi solutions. Most often our solutions play a strategically important role for our customers. This means you are dealing with large enterprises on their digital transformation journey and are translating PTC’s solution into value streams for these companies.

With our long history of innovative solutions and our state-of-the-art SaaS technologies we have a good reputation in the market and are very well positioned. And especially in the machine builder market we see a lot of demand to modernize the digital foundation in order to achieve new business goals.

What we expect from you:

  • Successful and proven sales track record (Software/Solution)
  • Familiar with strategic account planning and account development
  • Team player with leadership attitude
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to develop a broad network at clients and partners
  • Personality and character
  • German language native or full professional proficiency
  • Experience in the Machine Builder industry is a bonus, not a must
