As a Senior Customer Success Manager you will be the main consultant for direct and agency clients in your own book of business. You will partner with Sales, Technical Client Operations, Product and Finance to successfully onboard, retain, grow and engage with priority advertisers across CEE (special focus on the DACH region). 

What you’ll get to do:

  • Master thorough knowledge of IAS products and services to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions, according to the needs and objectives of each client.
  • Oversee the lifecycle and all aspects of client health including on-boarding, value realization, and renewal, while spearheading further adoption of IAS services for up to 30 highly strategic accounts.
  • Act as the lead point of contact and account owner for all matters specific to assigned clients, providing problem resolution and escalations in a timely manner.
  • Own client meetings and business reviews ideally in person as well as additional engagement modules, including product training, data analysis, strategic

You should apply if you have most of this experience:

  • Fluency both in German and English
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate, present and advise clients as to how to improve media quality performance
  • Advanced knowledge of the digital landscape including the role of agencies, programmatic buying and social platforms.
  • Talent to pair analytical skills with your commercial mindset
  • Managing growth and retention on targets as a team as well as on your individual portfolio
  • Ideally 2-4 years’ experience in an account management or customer success role
  • Programmatic or Media Agency product experience is a plus
