As an Enterprise Account Manager at Mimecast, you’ll be at the forefront of customer success, driving revenue growth while building trusted relationships with our enterprise customers. This is your chance to make a real impact in the world of corporate IT and cloud security.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the numbers: You’ll achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual upsell revenue targets while identifying new growth opportunities within our existing Enterprise customer base.
  • Build strong customer relationships: From face-to-face account reviews to ongoing engagement, you’ll ensure our enterprise customers get the most out of their Mimecast solutions.
  • Collaborate for success: Work closely with our Partner and Channel Development teams to develop and execute strategic account plans.
  • Drive innovation: Lead the way in introducing new technologies to existing customers, driving incremental revenue opportunities.
  • Stay agile: Work in a fast-paced, structured sales environment that’s always adapting and improving.
  • Make it measurable: Monitor, report, and forecast activities, ensuring accuracy and strategic alignment.
  • Refine your craft: Attend training sessions, broaden your skills, and keep up with industry trends to stay ahead of the game.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven sales success: A track record of smashing revenue quotas and driving results particularly with Enterprise accounts.
  • Consultative Selling: You have a strong consultative approach to presenting tailored solutions.
  • Tech-savvy: A strong understanding of corporate IT environments, cloud computing, and the technology stack. (Experience in email, messaging, security, human risk management, or storage is a bonus!)
  • Relationship-builder: You’re comfortable working with all levels of an organization, from IT teams to executive decision-makers.
  • Channel Sales Experience: Proven success selling through channel partners.
  • Technical Proficiency: Ability to effectively utilize our sales technology stack, including Salesforce, Demandbase, Gong, and ZoomInfo.
  • A natural problem-solver: You think on your feet and find creative solutions.
  • Collaboration is your superpower: You thrive in a team but are also a self-starter who can take charge when needed.
  • Dynamic communicator: Whether it’s a pitch, a proposal, or a presentation, you deliver with clarity and confidence.

The OTE salary range for this position is £160,000−£240,000 plus benefits. This range represents the minimum and maximum new hire compensation for this role. The position may also be eligible for incentive plans and additional benefits, in accordance with company policy and local regulations. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location with individual compensation also dependent on factors such as qualifications, experience, and skills. Final offers will reflect these considerations and may vary accordingly.
