About the Team

As a member of our diverse and skilled Solution Consulting team, you will have the opportunity to communicate and demonstrate the power of Workday's applications to prospects and customers alike. It is this team's job to bring the value of Workday solutions to life and showcase how the world of work can be transformed. Along with working closely with our sales counterparts, this team also sits at the exciting intersection of our Product Management, Consulting Services, Marketing, and Value Management teams, providing exposure to various areas of the business.

About the Role

Workday is looking for a Senior Solution Consultant with Managed Service Provider (MSP) and/or Vendor Management System (VMS) or Contract Management Lifeclycle expertise to join our amazing VNDLY and Evisort SC team.

Workday's Sales teams are driven by a passion for our products and the success of our customers in selling our best in class cloud solutions. We're a diverse group of people with an invaluable mix of experience and backgrounds, located across multiple locations within the region.

In this role, you will improve your polished presentation abilities, collaborative presales experience, and your Extended Workforce expertise to articulate and differentiate VNDLY's and Evisort's value. You will work with sales, value management and other team members to expand the value for existing and perspective customers.

About You

Tasks/Description:

  • The delivery of relevant technical product presentations, demonstrations, workshops and seminars.

  • Assist in the closure of sales opportunities by demonstrating a complete understanding of and resolving questions regarding our solution, services and training.

  • Contribute to the qualification of prospects, proposed demonstration criteria, proof of concept system builds and sales cycle closure plans.

  • Supporting all sales, marketing, technical and channel objectives.

  • Assist sales in the response to RFIs/RFPs.

  • Building trusted-advisor relationship with key customer stakeholders who are influencers and decision-makers in an evaluation process

  • Continuously upgrading your skillsets and knowledge through the learning opportunities provided by Workday

About You

  • Basic Qualifications

    • 4+ years in as a solutions consultant, implementation consultant or equivalent work experience as a practitioner within VMS or MSP space

    • Functional experience in the Managed Service Provider (MSP) and/or the Vendor Management System (VMS) space and/or contract lifecycle management (CLM)

  • Other Qualifications

    • Experience presenting to a technical and business audience

    • A self starter with a desire to learn and grow.

    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

    • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and work on multiple projects individually as well as being part of different teams

    • Have the ability to recognize audience business challenges and methods to address and solve them.

    • Create an experience for the customer that is unique and different from our competition.
