About the team and the role
eBay is one of the world's largest marketplaces, connecting millions of buyers and sellers globally and creating economic opportunity through commerce. As part of eBay’s Consumer-to-Consumer (C2C) strategy, the business continues to invest in the future of the circular economy and the next generation of conscious consumers.
Reporting to the Director, C2C Global Business Operations, this role supports the execution of M&A integration priorities and the realisation of business-unit alignments across eBay and its subsidiaries. Working closely with the commercial synergies lead, you will help translate strategic value drivers into practical initiatives, operating rhythms, governance frameworks, and cross-functional execution.
This is a hands-on program management role dedicated to bringing structure, transparency, and momentum to sophisticated initiatives. You will coordinate across eBay teams, subsidiary organizations, and centralized support functions to encourage commonality. You will handle dependencies and support the successful delivery of customer-facing and operational initiatives. The role operates on EU time and requires regular hybrid collaboration in London.
What you will accomplish
Partner with the Director, BU Integration Lead – Synergies to complete the alignment roadmap and translate strategic priorities into actionable plans with clear landmarks, ownership, dependencies, timelines, and success measures.
Drive operating rhythms for alignment execution, including planning, status reviews, decision tracking, risk management, and follow-up actions to keep initiatives on track.
Coordinate cross-functional teams spanning product, operational units, financial departments, legal counsel, compliance functions, customer experience, and shared services to deliver business-unit integration objectives.
Support the planning and readiness of service activation initiatives across areas such as shipping, payments, cross-listing, advertising, trust and compliance, and other marketplace capabilities.
Develop and maintain governance frameworks, roadmaps, dependency maps, risk logs, dashboards, and executive updates that enable informed decision-making and access to progress.
Monitor delivery progress and value capture against plan, proactively identifying risks, gaps, and blockers while driving resolution and addressing critical issues where needed.
Lead business readiness and transition planning for launches and integrations, helping teams align on responsibilities, decision-making, and execution priorities while improving delivery quality and speed.
What you will bring
8–10+ years of experience in program management, business operations, PMO, integration management, or other cross-functional execution roles.
Demonstrated experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder programs with challenging priorities, dependencies, and evolving requirements.
Strong program management skills, including planning, governance, dependency management, risk and issue management, executive reporting, and collaborator coordination.
Ability to translate strategic objectives into structured execution plans, operating cadences, and measurable outcomes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience crafting concise executive-level updates and clear working documentation.
Strong analytical skills with experience building and tracking critical metrics, dashboards, and performance reporting to support decision-making.
Experience collaborating across product, operations, finance, legal, compliance, and go-to-market teams; marketplace, platform, M&A integration, or commercialization experience is advantageous.
Alignment with EU working hours is required.
Regular travel to London and hybrid onsite collaboration are encouraged.
