The Program Manager leads project scope, develops implementation plans, coordinates resources, manages budgets, and serves as a primary contact for clients.
The Global Delivery, Client Onboarding team is spread across three verticals (PMS, OEMS, and Managed Services Implementation) and is responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding process for new clients. These teams act as the face of Clearwater - Enfusion to our buy-side clients including traders, portfolio managers and operational users throughout the project lifecycle and serve as the central point of contact for internal teams including Product, Technology, and Account Management.General Responsibilities:
- Support new client implementations and serve as the first point of contact for new clients regarding platform customization, Q&A and workflow consulting.
- Support internal stakeholders to review project progress and task-level status.
- Liaise with internal production teams to support Data migration, Interfaces, Trading workflows, troubleshoot P&L and accounting issues.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and documentation in the Implementation workflow and other internal processes.
- A client-service mentality and collaborative work style
- Strong client-facing communication and analytical skills are paramount.
- Solid project management / milestone / dependency tracking experience with an ability to identify and escalate project risks
- An understanding of Finance, Investment or Hedge Funds, front to back-office workflows.
- A strong understanding of a variety of financial products and derivatives (Equities, Options, Futures, FX, Fixed Income, CDS, IRS, etc.).
- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects and work independently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Maths, Engineering or Computer Science is strongly preferred.
- Up to 3 years experience in relevant area of specialization is a plus
- Fresh Graduates are welcome.
