Join our international team as a Senior Product Owner and play a pivotal role in the delivery of our most complex Respiratory products. We are seeking an experienced professional who excels in product knowledge, analysis, and process design. This senior position involves working closely with Product Management and Agile Teams to ensure that product releases meet market needs and align with our strategic objectives at Clario.

What you'll be doing:

Engage with senior stakeholders to support critical business functions, resolving discrepancies as necessary.

Collaborate with Product Managers to ensure Agile teams understand the product vision and business strategy.

Ensure User Stories and product requirements align with the Product/Technical Enabler Roadmap.

Inspire and motivate the Product Owner team and Agile Teams to deliver innovative solutions.

Promote the use of unified system tools to avoid feature duplication. · Adhere to SOPs, avoiding deviations where possible.

Support the creation of clear Features and User Stories with input from Architects & Engineering.

Prioritize the backlog of User Stories in alignment with Sprints and release planning.

Detail acceptance criteria and tests, and ensure development teams understand requirements.

Manage and maintain a prioritized backlog of User Stories, including defects and enablers.

Coordinate dependencies with Engineering Leads and other Product Owners.

Prepare for and participate in release or PI Planning, contributing to the program vision and roadmap.

Provide clarifications for story estimates and sequencing during Scrum meetings.

Demonstrate progress by showcasing completed User Stories in sprint and system demos.

Communicate product delivery risks and operational deviations to Product Management.

Support the management of the release process, ensuring timely product launches.

Lead and mentor a team of Product Owners, providing training on analysis techniques and tools.
What we look for:

Experience with application lifecycle management tools.
-
Technical proficiency in understanding complex business problems and supporting technical solutions.
-
Effective communication skills, both written and oral, in English.
-
Experience with (medical) devices and related technologies.
-
Experience in creating medical data management systems and medical devices, including documentation for regulatory approvals.
-
Familiarity with GMP, GCP, 21 CFR Part 11, MDD, and preferably trained as a Medical Device Consultant.

Bachelor's degree (business or science-related field preferred).
-
Certificates in Business Analysis Practice or IIBA/IREB qualifications or equivalent.

Certificates in process documentation, such as BPMN, or equivalent.
-
6+ years of experience in Agile IT/technology requirements delivery and managing technology Product definition.
-
Experience in managing and developing other Product Owners.

Strong task management and planning skills.
-
Awareness of software development using Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD.
-
Excellent client-facing and business stakeholder negotiating skills.
-
A positive, motivating attitude and the ability to prioritize efficiently under pressure.

Knowledge of risk management techniques.

Experience in the respiratory healthcare sector.

Knowledge of respiratory therapies and technologies.

Expertise in regulatory requirements for respiratory devices.

Proven ability to lead the full lifecycle of medical device development.
