Job Summary

The Sr. Product Marketing Specialist, Electrocardiography (ECG) is responsible for driving commercial execution, competitive positioning, and portfolio growth for the Electrodes category. This role blends product marketing, market insights, commercial strategy, and sales enablement to ensure the business meets and exceeds revenue and profitability objectives.

You’ll partner closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Global Portfolio Management, Finance, and Operations to translate customer needs and market dynamics into effective strategies, messaging, and go‑to‑market programs.

This position offers the opportunity to make a measurable impact on a strategically important ECG portfolio. The ideal candidate is curious, customer-focused, commercially minded, and eager to shape product strategy and market success in a meaningful way.

ResponsibilitiesPortfolio & Commercial Management
  • Lead day-to-day management of the U.S. Electrocardiography business, including pricing, promotion strategy, demand planning, and lifecycle oversight.

  • Monitor portfolio performance and collaborate with cross-functional partners to address risks, opportunities, and operational needs.
  • Apply strong financial acumen to support forecasting, margin analysis, and P&L decision-making.
Market & Competitive Intelligence
  • Analyze competitive offerings, market trends, and customer behaviors to inform commercial strategy and differentiation.
  • Develop and implement strategies and tactical plans to strengthen competitive positioning in key market segments.
Sales Enablement & Commercial Support
  • Create and maintain compelling sales tools, collateral, rebranded assets, and thought leadership content that drive product awareness and commercial success.
  • Support the sales organization with pricing guidance, contract negotiations, RFP responses, and strategic customer conversations.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert to address product inquiries, market questions, and competitive scenarios.
Customer Engagement
  • Engage directly with customers through field rides, Voice of Customer (VOC) research, advisory councils, and trade shows to gather insights and strengthen relationships.
  • Translate customer feedback into actionable improvements and strategic recommendations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Innovation
  • Partner with Global Portfolio Management and adjacent marketing teams to inform strategic initiatives, launch readiness, and long-term portfolio planning.
  • Identify new product opportunities aligned to market needs and develop business cases with financial outlooks to support investment decisions.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, healthcare, or related field or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in product marketing, solutions marketing, or related commercial role, preferably in healthcare or B2B markets.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights and recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience developing customer-facing content.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, operate both independently and collaboratively, and adapt within a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive, team-focused mindset and willingness to contribute to a strong team culture.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% domestically.

Anticipated salary range: $68,500 - $82,000
