Mission and Goals

  • Create technology solutions for people to make the most of the digital world. Safely, privately, and confidently.
  • Keep improving our VPN portfolio of products.
  • The role plays an important role in creating and defining the product portfolio across all brands (Norton, Avast and AVG), ongoing product management and relevant oversight of product lifecycle.
     

Objectives

  • In cooperation with Head of Product for VPN, set product priorities to ensure world class products are delivered to the markets

  • Plan and prioritize product roadmaps based on customer needs, business goals and lifecycle of the product

  • Leading cross-functional teams by defining a compelling product vision and product strategy

  • Keep track of new trends in the VPN and broader security domain and create new trends by innovating your own product

  • Work closely with product marketing, sales, and engineering, to ensure the right features, positioning, pricing and promotions for all routes to market

  • Codify feedback from the market to outline emerging customer needs, features, and functional requirements from which the development teams can design, build, test and implement new products and offerings

  • Align multiple teams to ensure all teams are working towards a common goal

Competencies

  • Product Management Expertise – 4+ years of experience in product management within B2C or B2B SaaS, ideally in online privacy or cybersecurity.

  • Product Development & Launch – Proven track record of successfully launching products and major features.

  • Strategic & Data-Driven Decision Making – Ability to make informed decisions using both qualitative and quantitative insights.

  • Problem-Solving & Adaptability – Strong analytical skills with the ability to learn quickly and thrive in fast-paced environments.

  • Conceptual Thinking & Execution – Ability to work with abstract concepts and prototypes, translating ideas into actionable solutions and measurable results.

  • Customer & Market Research – Experience conducting research to identify customer needs and market trends.

  • Communication & Stakeholder Engagement – Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex findings to diverse audiences.

  • Passion for Innovation & Learning – Enthusiasm for building digital products and continuously developing new skills.
