As a Senior Product Manager, your focus will be on our Governance, Risk and Compliance, (GRC) product, you will define and drive the end-to-end product vision and strategy for your area. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and pain points and prioritize and sequence feature development and releases leading to significant and tangible business value. You will develop your ideas into real products that our customers use and love every day. You will build strong working relationships across multiple engineering, design, project management, and business teams, and work closely with senior leaders within product development and across the company. You will be an advocate for your customers throughout the organization and hold a very high bar for building high quality products. 

What You’ll Do

  • Deeply understand the needs of our business and customers to build clarity on the requirements to build a resilient, reliable product

  • Influence stakeholders and engineers with the right data points by driving clarity and alignment

  • Create and drive alignment to execute faster, communicate often and highlight risk early

  • Collaborate extensively with cross functional teams, including Engineering, User Experience, Customer Success,  and Go-to-market teams to drive the vision, roadmap and delivery of the product

  • You will be an expert in identifying long-term investment opportunities and engaging partners to garner support for those feature areas

  • You will own the roadmap for the product, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to execute the vision 

  • As an expert, you will partner with others to collect performance metrics and form hypotheses for complex technical needs in order to improve product development in multiple areas

  • Use your insights and knowledge from enterprise customers, as well as broad technical subject matter expertise, to train and enable a scalable product

What You'll Need

Minimum qualifications     

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field

  • 6 years of related experience in Product Management

  • Proven experience and knowledge of Audit or Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC)

Preferred qualifications

  • A proven track record of leading the development of product vision and strategy

  • Experience delivering software in an agile development environment using continuous deployment techniques

  • Shipped products with great customer experience user reviews

  • A self-starter mindset to execute in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction

  • An excellent understanding of product development and how web technologies work

  • Working knowledge of Audit or Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) space or with related subject matter

  • Strong Leadership skills – the ability to influence and inspire across multiple teams and job functions

  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and prioritization skills

  • Experience working with overseas teams located in North America

Travel Requirements and Working Conditions

  • Willingness to travel up to 30-40% for customer meetings, team and corporate meetings, fostering relationships and representing company interests  

  • Reliable internet access for any period of time working remotely, as we embrace flexible work arrangements
