Your role at Dynatrace

We are expanding our Product Excellence team - the group responsible for elevating how Dynatrace builds products, collaborates across the lifecycle and scales Product Management excellence. As a Product Advocate for Product Excellence, you are a high-ownership generalist who will improve how we work in Product, how PMs collaborate with Engineering and customers and how we interact with all other functions across the entire product lifecycle. You will help reimagine traditional workflows for the AI-first era, reduce manual overhead, strengthen alignment and modernize cross-functional collaboration. Your ultimate goal is to enable Dynatrace to work smarter, reduce friction and make cross-organizational collaboration seamless.

  • Improve the Product Lifecycle: Modernize and rearchitect how teams collaborate, redesign manual workflows for an AI-first, automation-driven way of working.
  • Enable Product Managers: Act as a central enabler for our decentralized PM organization by providing the clarity, structure and frameworks needed to succeed.
  • Drive Cross-Functional Change Initiatives: Bring momentum and alignment to high-impact improvement projects, connecting the dots between stakeholders and ensuring progress moves forward with speed.
  • Modernize with AI-First Workflows: Prototype and implement AI-first workflows for discovery, sinthesis and customer feedback loops, helping teams adopt modern, scalable ways of working.
  • Foster a Culture of Excellence: Contribute to a creative, constructive and productive team culture built on clarity, speed, learning and AI-first thinking.
What will help you succeed
  • You are hungry, structured, and love improving how people work together. You are a systems thinker with a deep understanding of Product Management and how great product organizations operate.
  • You possess a change management mindset and can create alignment without direct authority.
  • You are highly flexible and thrive in a dynamic environment where you can switch contexts and tackle a wide variety of challenges.
  • You have a strong bias for action and can move initiatives forward from idea to execution without heavy oversight.
  • You are fluent across functions and are comfortable working with PM, Engineering, Design, Customer Success, Sales, and Support.
  • You bring a "let's fix it" energy and see opportunities to make the organization work better everywhere.
  • You have a background in Product Management, Product Operations, Program Management, or a similar field.
