Who YOU Are
Are you passionate about influencer marketing and digital content creation? Do you thrive in a role where you work with diverse brands to connect with core and new audiences through influencers? If you’re excited about the opportunity to shape the future of client relationships within a fast-paced, innovative environment, this may be the role for you. BENlabs is seeking a Senior Account Manager to play an essential role on our Client Growth Team. This position is ideal for a self-starter, an outstanding communicator, and a relationship builder with excellent attention to detail.
This role primarily supports clients across various industries, with gaming and tech as beneficial but not essential focuses. You will work directly with clients to strategically manage influencer marketing campaigns that maximize impact and ROI, while also collaborating closely with cross-functional teams that drive the execution. As the client’s main point of contact, you’ll work to deepen client partnerships, identify solutions, and maintain high standards of service.
A strong interest in influencer marketing and content creation is essential. If you’re solution-oriented, an adept relationship builder, and a meticulous planner, we want to hear from you.
Location
This position is predominantly remote, based in the UK, with a preference for candidates located within Surrey, Hampshire, or London for occasional in-person meetings.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead key accounts in the UK Client Growth team in day-to-day account management across a diverse client base.
  • Develop and sustain strong client relationships, delivering best-in-class service.
  • Collaborate with internal teams – particularly the Influencer Campaign Execution team – to align on client objectives, strategy, talent recommendations, and KPIs.
  • Take ownership of tracking grids, folders, meeting agendas, and recaps for assigned clients.
  • Engage regularly with clients across various platforms (e.g., MS Teams, Slack, Discord), applying industry insights to address client needs.
  • Propose and integrate industry best practices, emerging media trends, and platform features into client strategies.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide insights for optimizing future campaigns.
  • Prepare, proof, and present documents, briefs, reports, and timelines for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Confidently host and lead client meetings and calls, building trust and maintaining a professional presence.
  • Contribute to strategic planning, reporting, and recurring business initiatives across various client sectors.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 3-5 years of experience required, with a preference for experience in influencer marketing, social media, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of influencer marketing, social media platforms, and digital content strategies.
  • Proven track record in building and maintaining client relationships across multiple industries.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to convey ideas confidently to clients and teams.
  • A creative, problem-solving mindset with a passion for addressing client challenges.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant software.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of flourishing in a dynamic, high-energy environment.
