As a Sr. Account Executive, you’ll play a vital role in supporting this mission by managing and developing client accounts within an assigned market or territory.

In this role, you’ll work alongside a dynamic sales team, engaging in key sales activities such as prospecting, presenting tailored proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. You’ll also collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and help achieve revenue targets. This hybrid position is available for candidates located in the United Kingdom.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Conduct prospect sales consultations arranged by Business Development Representatives.
  • Lead prospects through a consultative sales process, from initial consultation to customer acquisition.
  • Gather key information from clients and partners to understand needs and inform tailored strategies.
  • Develop targeted strategies to address specific client needs and make recommendations based on various internal and external factors.
  • Design and implement actionable sales plans to achieve assigned revenue targets.
  • Maintain consistent communication with clients throughout all stages of the sales process.
  • Meet or exceed performance goals and sales quotas.
  • Expand account penetration by generating referrals and exploring opportunities across multiple solutions within client accounts.
  • Maintain highly accurate Salesforce records, including accounts and forecasts.
  • Prepare proposals, structure deals, and conduct ROI analyses to support client decisions.
  • Continuously enhance knowledge of our products, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience within a Software, Technology and/or SaaS organization.
  • Experience in prospect sales consultations and guiding clients through a consultative sales process.
  • Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom without sponsorship
  • Experienced selling into the mid-to-enterprise market
  • Proven ability to gather and synthesize information to develop tailored sales strategies.
  • Experienced in key sales activities such as proposal preparation, deal structuring, ROI analysis, discovery, deal advancement, and closing sales.
  • Strong track record in meeting sales quotas and revenue targets.
  • Experienced in Salesforce for account management and forecasting.
  • Strong understanding of industry trends, competitive products, and market dynamics.
