Process improvement and collaboration

  • Offer practical input to refine legal processes and help reduce errors in routine legal operations.

  • Collaborate across the Legal function on shared caseloads and share workload insights with more experienced colleagues.

  • Provide technical advice and guidance to less-experienced colleagues.

  • Give transparent updates on progress and actively share knowledge with colleagues.

  • Strong organisational skills, including case file management and document filing.

  • Clear written and verbal communication, with the ability to give timely updates to attorneys and colleagues.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook.

Desirable

  • Law degree or recognised paralegal or legal qualification, or progress towards one.

  • Experience supporting commercial or government contracts.

  • Experience with legal case management or document management systems.
