ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced Sonographer to join our Apex Radiology team at Peel Health Campus in Mandurah on a full-time or part-time basis, working Monday to Friday.

Peel Health Campus provides a fantastic environment for Sonographers looking for variety and exposure to a broad range of presentations. You’ll work alongside experienced Radiologists and a collaborative multidisciplinary team, with access to a comprehensive range of medical imaging services.

THE ROLE

As part of our Sonography team, you will:

  • Perform a broad range of ultrasound examinations including General, Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Musculoskeletal, Small Parts and Vascular imaging
  • Deliver high-quality diagnostic imaging while providing compassionate and professional patient care
  • Assist Radiologists with ultrasound-guided interventional procedures
  • Work collaboratively with Sonographers, Radiographers, Radiologists, administration teams and referrers
  • Maintain a strong focus on clinical quality, patient safety and best-practice imaging
  • Contribute to a positive, supportive and collaborative team environment

ABOUT YOU

To be successful, you will have:

  • A Graduate Diploma or Master of Medical Sonography accredited by ASAR
  • Current ASAR accreditation, or eligibility to obtain
  • Strong clinical, practical and interpretive ultrasound skills
  • Experience across General Ultrasound, with skills in MSK, Vascular, Obstetrics and Gynaecology highly regarded
  • Excellent patient care and communication skills, with a compassionate and empathetic approach
  • The ability to work confidently both independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Australian working rights or eligibility for employer-sponsored visa support
