The Role

Are you driven by the desire to empower sales teams and create transformative CRM solutions? As a Solutions Engineer, you will spearhead the design, development, and implementation of state-of-the-art CRM and MDM systems, playing a pivotal role in our mission to enhance lives through successful long-term investing. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of robust CRM solutions using Salesforce, including Visualforce, Apex, and Lightning components.

  • Implement integration with MDM solutions like Informatica or GoldenSource to improve data quality, enhance customer insights and scale operational efficiency.

  • Partner with business analysts and internal teams (e.g., Distribution, Insights & Analytics) to gather requirements and propose effective, scalable solutions

  • Oversee CRM solutions for Europe and Asia client groups, ensuring alignment and collaboration with North American teams.

  • Drive projects from ideation through to successful delivery, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and business objectives are met.

  • Stay abreast of the latest Salesforce trends and technologies, such as Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC), Agentforce, Data Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud and apply this knowledge to enhance solutions.

  • Seamlessly integrate Salesforce with other systems and third-party applications to ensure efficient data flow and interoperability.

  • Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

Your background and who you are:

  • You possess extensive development experience on the Salesforce platform (at least 7-9 years), demonstrating proficiency in its various tools and technologies.

  • You excel at multi-tasking and thrive in both global team environments and independent settings, taking full ownership of your tasks.

  • You can seamlessly transition between working autonomously and collaborating with teams, adapting to the needs of each project.

  • You are passionate about data, staying updated with the latest CRM technologies, and continuously learning to enhance your skills.

  • You approach projects, tasks, and challenges with curiosity, and enjoy sharing your knowledge and discoveries with your colleagues.

  • You are a self-starter, keen to proactively learn and apply new knowledge to your work.

  • You believe in the strength of diverse teams and value multiple perspectives, fostering an inclusive environment.

  • You empathize with your internal clients, frequently immersing yourself in their experience to better understand and serve their needs.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science/information technology or a related field (preferred) or an equivalent work experience.

  • Proven track record of integrating Salesforce with other systems.

  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II, Salesforce Certified Technical Architect) are highly desirable.

  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

  • Quick learner capable of producing high-quality code in a dynamic team setting.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

  • Deep understanding of customer experience, with the ability to enhance it through effective CRM solutions.

  • In-depth understanding of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud architecture and data model.

  • Experience with Salesforce FSC integrations using REST/SOAP APIs with Mulesoft experience highly desirable

  • Experience building scalable APIs; microservices experience is a plus.

  • Experience with SF mobile and custom mobile applications

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
