The Events Associate will plan, coordinate, and deliver conferences, roundtables, webinars, and other client events. Balances strategic talent solutions with program execution, stakeholder management, recruiting participation, workforce planning, and continuous improvement using data and feedback.

Conduct original investment research on complex questions, analyze industries and long-term trends, develop well-supported recommendations, and present findings to senior investors. Responsibilities include preparing and formatting payroll data, uploading to Dayforce, running payroll and HR reports, administering pensions and benefits, processing bonuses and off-cycle payments, liaising with HMRC and external providers, creating bank files, assisting audits and year-end reconciliations, and overseeing supplier payroll delivery.

Lead global meeting operations for in-person and hybrid events: manage room calendars and vendors, resolve issues, partner with IT on workplace technologies, apply data analytics to improve processes, and support global team operations and projects.

Manage and ensure quality, accuracy and reliability of core reference data for securities, issuers, ratings, industry classifications and investment analytics.
