The Events Associate will plan, coordinate, and deliver conferences, roundtables, webinars, and other client events. Responsibilities include logistics, venue and vendor coordination, registrations, attendee communications, speaker management, event materials, budgets, invoices, reporting, compliance, and post-event follow-up. The role requires managing multiple event workstreams, collaborating across regional and central teams, and supporting both in-person and virtual event delivery.

Lead global strategy and delivery for Market Data Services, managing category strategy, vendor relationships, sourcing, negotiations, licensing/risk, budgets, and service delivery. Partner with senior leaders to optimize spend and data usage, build high-performing teams, and implement scalable supplier governance and sourcing processes.

Serve as a subject-matter expert in NAV oversight and fund accounting for Luxembourg, Australian and UK retail and Luxembourg alternative funds. Perform reconciliations, valuations, cash management, complex transaction processing, regulatory and financial reporting, hedging and performance validation. Lead projects, provide guidance to junior staff, liaise with fund administrators and custodians, and support audit and regulatory requirements.
