Synthesia is the world’s leading AI video platform for business, used by over 90% of the Fortune 100. Founded in 2017, the company is headquartered in London, with offices and teams across Europe and the US.

As AI continues to shape the way we live and work, Synthesia develops products to enhance visual communication and enterprise skill development, helping people work better and stay at the center of successful organizations.

Following our recent Series E funding round, where we raised $200 million, our valuation stands at $4 billion. Our total funding exceeds $530 million from premier investors including Accel, NVentures (Nvidia's VC arm), Kleiner Perkins, GV, and Evantic Capital, alongside the founders and operators of Stripe, Datadog, Miro, and Webflow.

The Role:

We're seeking commercially sharp Solutions Consultants to be trusted advisors to our customers, optimizing how Synthesia's platform best fits within their business environments and unlocking value across multiple workflows.

As a Solutions Consultant, you'll be the strategic advisor who helps customers see where Synthesia creates the most impact across their organization. You'll run in-depth discovery and facilitate strategic workshops with senior stakeholders to uncover priorities and opportunities; design how Synthesia optimally solves their most pressing challenges; lead enablement that drives real behavior change and adoption; and own the path from deal close to first successful workflow and beyond.

Discovery & Strategic Workshops

  • Conduct in-depth, discovery conversations and facilitate workshops with senior stakeholders and practitioners to uncover business priorities, current workflows, technical constraints, and success metrics.

  • Design and lead sessions that help customers envision how Synthesia supports a variety of workflows: whether for enablement, communications, training, operational efficiency, or other business functions.

  • Build advisory relationships through thoughtful questioning, active listening, and demonstrating deep understanding of customer priorities, constraints, and competitive landscape.

Change Management & Adoption Readiness

  • Assess organizational readiness for change; identify adoption blockers and enablement gaps across teams and functions.

  • Develop rollout strategy that account for organizational structure, culture, and governance requirements.

  • Advise on stakeholder alignment, communications strategy, and success metrics that drive sustainable adoption.

Enablement, Adoption & Early Value

  • Own the path from signed deal to first live workflow, ensuring customers reach value quickly and build momentum for broader adoption.

  • Lead impactful enablement sessions focused on customer workflows, priorities, and use cases, driving sustainable behavior change and real usage.

  • Establish the conditions for repeatable usage, champion development, and broader rollout across teams and workflows.

Unlock Expansion & Strategic Account Growth

  • Identify additional teams, workflows, and use cases where Synthesia can deliver more value; define the right starting point and a credible path to broader adoption over time.

  • Stay close to strategic accounts where deeper solutioning and partnership unlock adoption and expansion opportunities.

  • Position yourself as the go-to resource for how to maximize Synthesia's impact across their organization.

Build Repeatability & Drive Quality at Scale

  • Capture reusable solution patterns, validation frameworks, and use-case assets that improve quality and efficiency across engagements.

  • Build the tools, playbooks, and templates that make the function more repeatable: demo environments, workshop facilitation guides, onboarding playbooks, and solution libraries.

  • Turn customer insights into structured feedback for Product, Marketing, and Sales that shapes our roadmap, positioning, and go-to-market strategy.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Align with Customer Success on adoption risk, rollout design, and expansion opportunities; act as the connective layer ensuring strategic context carries through handoffs.

  • Partner with Account Executives to define deal strategy, assess opportunity stage, and provide visibility on deal risks and timelines.

  • Work with Product, Marketing, and Support to improve messaging, solution fit, and customer outcomes based on field insights.

What We Are Looking For
  • 4+ years in Solutions Consulting, Management Consulting, Enablement, or a similar customer-facing role.

  • Strong relationship builder who earns trust, asks insightful questions, listens actively, and demonstrates genuine curiosity about how customers work and what matters to them.

  • Excellent workshop facilitation, presentation, and communication skills, in person and remote; ability to explain complex concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Self-motivated and organized; ability to manage multiple customers and initiatives simultaneously while maintaining relationship depth.

  • Consultative problem-solver who brings clarity to ambiguity; bias for action and high ownership.

  • Collaborative mindset; thrives working with CSMs, AEs, Product, and other teams to drive customer and company success.

  • Comfortable across SaaS, AI, and enterprise technology environments.
