About SINGU

At SINGU, we’re redefining how the world’s most ambitious real estate companies run their operations. Our mission is to become Europe’s leading platform for managing warehouse, logistics, retail, and multi-site commercial real estate portfolios — empowering our Clients to protect revenue, boost efficiency, and unlock new value across every aspect of their business.

Our unified CAFM platform already powers the daily operations of over 250 million m² of real estate worldwide, supporting more than 500,000 professionals. Following our union with the UK’s Micad and Germany’s net-haus, we now help manage 100,000+ buildings across 35+ countries — and we’re just getting started.

Backed by a leading growth equity investor, we’re scaling rapidly and partnering with global leaders such as Prologis, ECE, CTP, Hillwood, Logicor, GLP, and Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield. As we continue to grow through strategic acquisitions and bold innovation, we stay true to our core values: adaptability, collaboration, and client focus.

If you’re ready to help build Europe’s leading platform for property operations — and make a tangible impact on how the real estate industry works — join SINGU and be part of this transformation.

About The Role

We're looking for a Solutions and Implementation Manager to join our Customer Experience team, managing the delivery and implementation of Micad FM, our estates management platform, for our UK customer base. We're bolstering the team ahead of a high volume of upcoming implementations.

In this role, you'll be the technical expert who bridges the gap between sales and Customer Success – owning the customer journey from pre-sales through to complete implementation. If you're excited about managing complex technical projects, solving implementation challenges, and being the linchpin between our commercial and delivery teams, this is the opportunity for you!

Where will you be based? This role is remote within the UK, and the Cardiff area is our preference. If you're near Cardiff, we'd ask you to co-locate with the team around once a week; if you're based elsewhere in the UK, we bring the team together in person roughly once a quarter.

Our projects can be delivered remotely, but we travel to client sites where it's beneficial for the customer — expect an average of about one trip a month, so you'll need to be open to travel.

What you'll be doing

  • Lead customer onboarding and implementation – own the technical deployment of Micad FM for UK customers, configuring solutions to meet their specific requirements, delivering training, and ensuring successful go-live.

  • Act as a technical advisor and product expert – develop deep knowledge of Micad FM to guide customers through complex configurations, troubleshoot technical issues, demonstrate ROI, and identify opportunities to expand usage across their organisation.

  • Drive revenue growth and expansion – lead technical product discovery and demonstrations with Sales to scope additional modules, integrations, and services that deliver value.

  • Conduct strategic Success Planning – lead Success planning sessions with key accounts, demonstrating measurable outcomes and ensuring alignment between customer objectives and our solutions.

  • Work cross-functionally – partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product and Engineering to deliver a joined-up customer experience, provide product feedback, and advocate for customer needs internally.

  • Build the team and the playbook – work with our implementation lead to develop repeatable delivery processes, mentor colleagues, and help shape a high-performing implementation function as we scale.

What We're Looking For

  • Technical implementation experience – you have a proven track record in implementation, technical account management, or solutions consulting roles (ideally in SaaS, PropTech, CAFM, or B2B software), with the ability to configure and deploy software solutions.

  • Sales acumen and commercial awareness – you understand the customer lifecycle, can articulate ROI, and work collaboratively with sales teams to drive revenue growth.

  • Strong technical aptitude – you're comfortable learning complex software platforms, troubleshooting issues, and training end-users on best practices.

  • Excellent communicator and relationship builder – you can translate technical concepts into business value, build trust with stakeholders at all levels, and navigate complex organisational dynamics.

  • Data-driven and technically proficient – you're comfortable with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho), project management tools (e.g., Jira), and analysing customer data to drive decisions and demonstrate value.

What Success looks like in this role

You'll be measured on implementation completion rates, time to value, and the quality of technical engagement that moves deals to closed won.

Who you'll be working with and reporting to

You'll report to our Solutions and Implementation Team Lead and work closely with our Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams across SINGU. Our teams are highly collaborative and dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences and growth.

Why join SINGU?

  • Permanent contract with a competitive yearly salary, based on your experience.

  • A collaborative, no-micromanagement culture — we trust you to deliver.

  • Part of a fast-scaling, international group redefining how real estate is managed.

  • Private equity-backed and a year into a three-to-five-year investment horizon — fast-paced, target-driven, with the budget and autonomy already in place to deliver.

  • Genuine scope to put your mark here — as the team scales, you'll help shape how we deliver and progress quickly with it.

  • Real ownership from day one — you'll lead technical implementations end to end, from sale through to successful go-live.

  • A pivotal moment to join — we're taking service delivery to the next level and looking for people ready to get stuck in and make a real impact.

If this role sounds like a good fit, we’d love to hear from you. Apply and help us build technology that supports critical operations every day.
