Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Solutions Adviser (Hardware) to join our dynamic EMEA team at Blue Yonder. The Solutions Adviser will be responsible for providing expert guidance on our hardware solutions, ensuring alignment with client needs, and facilitating the successful implementation of our solutions across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

Scope:

  • Act as a trusted adviser to clients within the EMEA region, understanding their hardware needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with sales, technical teams, and clients to ensure the effective delivery of Blue Yonder's hardware solutions.

Technical Environment:

  • Deep understanding of hardware solutions in supply chain management.
  • Familiarity with AI, machine learning, and IoT technologies.
  • Experience with cloud-based platforms (AWS, Azure).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice on Blue Yonder's hardware solutions, ensuring they meet client business requirements within the EMEA region.
  • Lead the functional design of new hardware features to align with client needs and industry standards.
  • Foster strong client relationships by understanding their business objectives and providing consultative support.
  • Deliver presentations and product demonstrations to clients, showcasing the value and capabilities of Blue Yonder's hardware solutions.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure client success from pre-sales through post-implementation.
  • Assist in setup and support of RF and Voice technology solutions for customer project setup demonstration systems for use by Blue Yonder sales teams

What We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a presales role within hardware solutions for supply chain management or related industries.
  • Deep functional knowledge of hardware products in supply chain management.
  • Knowledge/Experience of RF networks, Android and windows operating systems
  • Experience of working with vendors such as Honeywell, Zebra etc
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage clients effectively within the EMEA region.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex client relationships and deliver consultative solutions.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools like JIRA and Confluence.
  • Willingness to travel within the EMEA region as required.
