How you'll make an impact


As part of our international growth journey, we are looking for a new colleague to join as SDR (Sales Development) Manager for our London-based UK Sales Team.


In this role, you will be leading a team of currently six Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), and will be working closely with our UK Sales Manager and be responsible for fostering a positive, inclusive and results-oriented work culture.

What you'll do

  • Devise and implement a winning outbound sales process for SDRs to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Own the recruitment and onboarding programme for new team members, ensuring that new colleagues are set up for success.
  • Own the SDR Team performance goals and revenue targets, ensuring the team achieves commercial success.
  • Act as a hands-on leader with the ability to demonstrate live sales calls and objection handling techniques to ensure ongoing training and development for team members.
  • Devise and deliver a first class SDR training programme, tracking individual development plans and follow up on the process.
  • Review and monitor key data and metrics to measure the team's and individual performance.
  • Ensure effective collaboration between the SDR and Account Executive Team.

What you'll bring with you

  • A minimum of two years experience as SDR Team Lead or Senior SDR, with functional leadership of an SDR Team.
  • Experience from a similar B2B SaaS sales role.
  • Experience building and implementing sales best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to win your team's trust and respect.
  • The ability to translate client need into appropriate activities for the team.
  • The ability to manage your own time efficiently while prioritizing business needs.
