As a Solutions Services Architect at Nokia, you will be a key player in crafting tailored end-to-end solutions that meet our customers' unique needs. 
Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you'll develop solution architectures that integrate our robust portfolio of products and services, ensuring high technical integrity over time. 
Your role serves as a bridge between customer requirements and innovative solutions, making you a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities
  1. Project Scoping & Planning
    • Collaborate with customers to understand technical requirements and project objectives.
    • Assist in defining project scope, deliverables, and timelines.
  2. Technical Assessment & Data Collection
    • Support data collection and analysis of network inventory and performance KPIs.
    • Utilize tools for automated data gathering and validation.
  3. Network Analysis & Optimization
    • Assist in analyzing network architecture and performance to identify improvement opportunities.
    • Contribute to optimization strategies for configuration and resource allocation.
  4. Solution Design & Recommendations
    • Help prepare technical reports and recommendations based on findings.
    • Collaborate with teams to validate proposed solutions.
  5. Stakeholder Management & Communication
    • Act as a supporting interface between Nokia and customer technical teams.
    • Participate in workshops and knowledge transfer sessions.
  6. Implementation Support & Follow-up
    • Provide support for implementing recommended optimizations.
    • Assist in post-implementation validation and monitoring.
  7. Quality Assurance & Compliance
    • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and comply with regulations.
    • Maintain knowledge of relevant technologies and Nokia solutions.
Qualifications
  • Familiarity with core network technologies (IMS, MSS, EPC, 5GC, VoLTE, etc.) and related protocols.
  • Basic experience in network assessment, optimization, or solution design in telecom environments.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

It would be nice if you also had:

  • Exposure to network management, monitoring, and audit tools.
