As a Solutions Services Architect at Nokia, you will be a key player in crafting tailored end-to-end solutions that meet our customers' unique needs.

Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end core network assessment and optimization projects, defining scope, methodology, timelines, and resources in alignment with customer objectives.
  • Conduct comprehensive technical assessments, including data collection, KPI analysis, and architecture reviews using industry-standard and Nokia tools.
  • Analyze network performance, capacity, resiliency, and security to identify risks, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Translate findings into actionable solution designs, optimization roadmaps, and prioritized technical recommendations.
  • Act as the primary technical interface with customers, supporting implementation, validation, and ensuring compliance with quality and industry standards.
Qualifications

You have:

  • Deep expertise in core network technologies (IMS, MSS, EPC, 5GC, VoLTE, etc.) and related protocols.
  • Proven experience in network assessment, optimization, and solution architecture in telecom environments.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with network management, monitoring, and audit tools .
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of cross-functional teams in complex project environments.

It would be nice if you also had: 

  • Experience leading small teams or projects with manageable risks
  • Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills for complex scenarios
  • Knowledge of current industry trends and innovations in telecommunications    
  • Cross-cultural communication skills and a global mindset
