Job Description
Reporting to the Customer Project Manager, you will have the following responsibilities:
- Managing customer projects in close collaboration with the area's sales teams in order to present VusionGroup solutions and define and gather customer requirements,
- Assemble, lead and unite teams around pre-sales projects to prepare for the roll-out of a major account or independent customer projects,
- Frame, prepare and ensure the success of POCs
- Monitor projects using tools shared with the other Project Managers,
- Ensure that deadlines are met and costs controlled,
- Act as the single point of contact for customers (internal and external) for all operational issues relating to pre-sales projects (technical, integration and installation).
Qualifications
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in project management
- Engineering degree (IT specilialization is a plus)
- Self-sufficient, self-starter with proven success taking ownership of project management
- Excellent client-facing communication skills
- Professional background within the retail industry would be appreciated
