Role overview:

Reporting to the SVP, Commercial Development and Solutions, you will act as the subject matter expert for Oracle Hospitality technologies, including OPERA PMS (v5 and Opera Cloud), OPI/OPI Cloud, and OHIP. You will design and support integration flows between Oracle systems and external platforms such as PSPs, POS, and other hotel‑tech solutions.

What you will do:

  • Serve as the subject matter expert on Oracle Hospitality solutions, including OPERA PMS (v5 and Opera Cloud), OPI and OPI Cloud, and OHIP. 

  • Analyse customer environments and design integration flows between Oracle systems and external platforms such as PSPs, POS, and other hotel systems.

  • Support the sales team by participating in discovery calls, scoping sessions, technical workshops, and RFP responses.

  • Provide expert guidance on Oracle limitations, integration constraints, OPI Cloud readiness, and product roadmap impacts on customer deployments. 

  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Integration teams to resolve escalations, certification blockers, and environment readiness issues.

  • Create technical documentation, integration guidelines, and architectural diagrams to support both internal teams and customers.

  • Assist in customer onboarding, testing cycles, certification processes, and go‑live preparation.

Who you are:

  • Expert‑level knowledge of: OPERA PMS (OPERA v5, OWS, Opera Cloud) OPI / OPI Cloud OHIP (Oracle Hospitality Integration Platform) XstoreSPMS

  • Strong understanding of payment ecosystems: acquiring, PSP integrations, tokenisation, authorisation, settlement, and 3DS.

  • Fully comfortable interpreting Oracle hospitality roadmaps, readiness requirements, and integration impacts (e.g., OPI Cloud certification readiness for Scandic, readiness issues raised by Oracle towards partners)

  • Hands‑on experience with hospitality tech stacks: PMS, POS, RMS, Channel Managers, payment gateways, and online booking tools.

  • Ability to troubleshoot complex API integrations and interpret logs, payloads, and PMS/OPI message flows.
