The Role

As a Solution Consultant, you are the primary bridge between complex pharmacovigilance challenges and Veeva's industry-leading cloud solutions.

Working as a trusted advisor alongside Account Executives, you will support the sales process by helping Safety/Pharmacovigilance teams move away from fragmented legacy systems and toward a unified Vault Safety platform.

What You'll Do

  • Solve Unique Challenges: Analyze and understand customer challenges to craft solutions that show how Vault Safety streamlines end-to-end pharmacovigilance processes
  • Showcase Value: Configure and deliver compelling, tailored presentations and value-based demonstrations that highlight the tangible benefits of the Veeva Safety Suite
  • Drive Innovation: Use your industry experience to identify how Veeva solutions can replace manual processes and guide customers to a best-in-class solution
  • Build Relationships: Establish yourself as a trusted advisor by building deep, credible relationships with pharmacovigilance stakeholders
  • Lead & Respond: Provide solution-based responses to Requests for Proposals/Information (RFPs/RFIs) and lead Workshops and Proof of Concepts
  • Collaborate: Work closely with cross-functional teams, Account Partners, and Strategy to ensure customer success
  • Evangelize: Support marketing activities such as recording videos, presenting webinars, and attending conferences

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience within the Life Sciences industry
  • Deep working knowledge of and familiarity with end-to-end Pharmacovigilance processes (Case Management, Aggregate Reports, Analytics, Safety Signal Detection, Risk Management/RMPs, PSMF Management, and PV-Agreements)
  • Exceptional presentation skills and a team-first attitude
  • Technical curiosity and an understanding of cloud/SaaS technology
  • Driven self-starter; able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Willingness to travel 20-30%, primarily in the EU

Nice to Have

  • Pre-sales, Solution Consulting, or other related customer-facing experience
  • Experience in Drug Safety/Pharmacovigilance groups within pharmaceutical, CRO, or biotech organizations
  • End-user and/or Administrator experience with Veeva products, Vault Safety, or other related Safety software
  • Experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI) or other advanced technical tools and concepts
  • Technically adept in terms of configuring our solutions to fit customer requirements
  • Multilingual (German, French, Italian)
