We’re reinventing payments.
In less than four years, Dojo disrupted the market to become the largest and most loved acquirer in the UK. Our payments infrastructure, purpose-built for in-person commerce, is game changing.

Now, over 150,000 customers across four countries choose to transact billions with us every year.
But we’re just getting started.

Our people are the driving force behind our success. They are our greatest investment and our ultimate competitive advantage. We hire exceptional people and give them the autonomy, trust, and ownership to thrive. The results take care of themselves.

What You Will Do
  • Technical leadership: design and lead scalable, high-performance CPQ/Revenue Cloud systems while ensuring rigorous adherence to security and Salesforce best practices.

  • Quality assurance: assisting in enforcing high code quality standards, optimize for performance and scalability, and upholding Salesforce development best practices through code reviews and driving the adoption of emerging tools and frameworks.

  • Stakeholder engagement: collaborate with Product and key stakeholders to translate business "wants" into technical "needs," driving good quoting experience, quote acceptance and revenue growth.

  • Team management: mentor developers, handle performance/conflict resolution, and foster a collaborative, psychologically safe team environment.

  • Delivery excellence: own the end-to-end development lifecycle, implement robust testing strategies & CI/CD to ensure stability and high-quality deliverables.

  • Operational excellence: act as the primary expert for complex technical challenges and production system stability in collaboration with Support.

What You Will Bring
  • Salesforce Mastery: demonstrable experience with Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, and Salesforce Revenue Cloud (ideally).

  • Advanced CPQ: expert-level, hands-on proficiency in advanced Salesforce CPQ is required, specifically in product modelling, pricing waterfalls, calculation sequences, and advanced approvals. Must be paired with strong development expertise in Apex, LWC, JavaScript (QCP), and Flows to build, test, and extend complex CPQ functionality, including API integrations.

  • Security & Scale: Deep knowledge of the Salesforce security model, including sharing rules.roles, profiles, permission sets, and governor limits.

  • Engineering & DevOps: proficiency in using Git for version control and managing automated deployment pipelines.

  • Integration Architecture: knowledge of various integration patterns and how CPQ/Experience Cloud interacts with the wider ecosystem.

  • Observability: the ability to implement monitoring tools to track the system’s health proactively, and to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.

Dojo home and away

We believe our best work happens when we collaborate in-person. These “together days” foster communication, drive innovation and spark our brightest ideas.

That's why we have an office-first culture. This means working from the office 4+ days per week.

With offices across Europe, we know a thing or two about staying dynamic. Need deep focus? Head to a quiet zone. Big ideas? Collaboration spaces have you covered. Just here for a catch-up? Our social hubs make it easy. Do work that counts, in spaces made for you.

Question: what’s curious, relentless, and customer obsessed?

If you’re keen to know the answer, you’re a third of the way to meeting our Dojo values.

If the following speak to you, let’s talk:

  • You’re curious. You have a real desire to learn and create.
  • You’re relentless. You keep going even when it’s easier not to.
  • You’re customer-obsessed. You know how important customers are to what you do.
