Position Overview: The Solutions Advisor, Int at Blue Yonder will be responsible for providing domain expertise, guidance, and support to clients in utilizing Blue Yonder’s solutions effectively. This role involves assessing client needs, delivering tailored recommendations, and ensuring successful implementation and adoption of solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of supply chain management, and the ability to foster strong client relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and objectives and provide expert advice on Blue Yonder’s solutions.
  • Conduct detailed analysis of client processes and recommend solutions to optimize their supply chain operations.
  • Assist in the implementation and configuration of Blue Yonder’s software solutions to meet client needs.
  • Provide training and support to clients to ensure successful adoption and utilization of Blue Yonder’s solutions.
  • Work closely with sales, product management, and technical teams to deliver integrated solutions that meet client expectations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact.
  • Monitor and evaluate client performance to identify areas for improvement and additional value-added opportunities.
  • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and Blue Yonder’s product offerings to provide up-to-date and relevant advice to clients.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and documentation as required to support client engagements.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of Blue Yonder’s consulting practices and methodologies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, consulting, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain management best practices and familiarity with Blue Yonder’s solutions.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business processes and develop effective solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Proficiency in using supply chain management software and tools.
  • Ability to travel as required to meet client needs.
  • Certification in supply chain management or related fields is a plus.
