About this opportunity
We are looking for a Java Developer to join our software development team. In this role, you will contribute to the development of scalable and high-quality applications while working closely with cross-functional teams in an agile environment. You will be involved in the full software development lifecycle and collaborate with back-end, service-layer, and business teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
What you will do
  • Develop and maintain Java-based applications and services
  • Collaborate with back-end and service-layer teams to ensure seamless integration
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development practices
  • Design, build, and optimize scalable microservice-based solutions
  • Support the development and maintenance of RESTful APIs and web services
  • Work closely with diverse software development and business teams throughout the development lifecycle
  • Contribute to CI/CD processes and software quality initiatives
  • Ensure software solutions are reliable, maintainable, and production-ready

The skills you bring
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 1-4 years of hands-on experience in Java development
  • Experience with Spring Boot
  • Knowledge of Microservice architecture, JPA, and Hibernate
  • Understanding of RESTful web services, algorithms, and optimization techniques
  • Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and Design Patterns
  • Experience with RDBMS and NoSQL databases
  • Familiarity with container orchestration systems and service discovery concepts
  • Experience with Continuous Delivery and DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Nexus, and SonarQube
  • Understanding of Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and loosely coupled architectures
  • Agile mindset with a strong focus on delivery and customer experience
