We are a media company and investment fund, and we’re on a mission to elevate the stories, build the communities, and support the founders that inspire a happier, healthier humanity. We scale creator-led new media IP and operate an investment fund and venture studio.

YOUR MISSION

To help the team to continue to transform The Diary of a CEO from a podcast clips page into one of the most distinctive and engaging social brands in the world.

As Social Producer, you’ll create, experiment with, and publish social-native content that expands the world of DOAC beyond episode clips. You’ll make carousel formats, design scroll-stopping posts, and continuously test new ways to tell stories across social platforms with the help from the Senior Social Producer and Senior Media Growth Manager.

You’ll spend your time packaging, shipping and posting social content that drives engagement, conversation, and long-form viewership.

OUTCOMES
  • Help roll out new formats beyond podcast clips, including carousels, storytelling posts, host moments, behind-the-scenes content, and cultural commentary.

  • Keep our socials thriving by managing daily posting and engaging our community across platforms.

  • Produce high-performing content that drives engagement, shares, saves, and conversation across platforms.

  • Create posts that consistently convert social attention into long-form viewership on YouTube and other platforms.

DAY TO DAY
  • Create and publish social content across TikTok, Instagram and Facebook.

  • Turn long-form podcast moments into scroll-stopping short-form content.

  • Create carousel storytelling, visual posts, and social-native content that lives beyond clips.

  • Spot trends, cultural moments, and audience signals to inform what we post next.

  • Collaborate with editors and the social team to maximise the impact of every episode.

  • Use performance data to refine hooks, formats, and storytelling approaches.

  • Look for ways to constantly improve our social content calendar workflow.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
  • You’re a social media manager at heart.

  • You love experimenting with formats, writing hooks, designing posts, and publishing content that gets people to stop scrolling.

  • You’re deeply familiar with how social platforms work and understand what makes people watch, share, comment, and follow.

  • You move fast, test ideas constantly, and treat social media as a creative playground.

  • You have strong instincts for short-form storytelling and social-native content.

  • You understand trends, and platform culture.

  • You move quickly and want to learn from performance data.

  • You can support our day-to-day social media presence across different platforms.

  • You have experience managing social channels in a fast-paced environment.

  • You are very proactive and organised when it comes to planning a content calendar.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

Within 6 months

  • DOAC’s social channels evolve beyond clips into a creative, engaging content destination with new formats and storytelling styles.

  • Engagement across platforms increases through more original and social-native content.

  • You’ll have learned from the Senior Social Producer and Senior Media Growth Manager about how to run one of the biggest podcast pages in the world, how to monetise content on Facebook meaningfully and what the perfect recipe for ‘viral’ content is.
