ROLE PURPOSE

As a Social Account Manager, you will support the delivery of best-in-class social content for a key Dentsu Creative B2B Telecommunications client. Working closely with senior account and social leads, you will help manage day-to-day social activity, contribute to campaign delivery and ensure work is delivered on brief, on time and to a high standard.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support the management of social accounts, acting as a day-to-day client contact alongside senior team members

  • Assist with planning and delivery of social retainers and campaign activity to agreed deadlines

  • Coordinate social content creation from brief through to production, publishing and community management

  • Ensure all content and copy align with brand guidelines, tone of voice and platform best practice

  • Work collaboratively with strategy, creative and media teams to support integrated social campaigns

  • Support measurement and reporting by helping track KPIs, benchmarks and campaign performance

  • Assist with budget tracking, campaign costs and invoicing under guidance from senior account leads

  • Build positive working relationships with clients and internal stakeholders across the dentsu network.

WHAT YOU BRING
  • Experience in a social or account management role, ideally within a creative, social or integrated agency

  • Good working knowledge of major social platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and X (Twitter)

  • Hands-on experience supporting social campaigns, content creation, community management and reporting

  • Familiarity with social media tools such as Brandwatch, Sprinklr, Falcon or Sprout Social is beneficial

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams

  • Confident communication skills with a proactive, collaborative approach

  • Interest in social trends and understanding how social supports wider brand and business objectives.
